The Exec., Partnership Lead and Associate Programme aims to build Big Relationships and Shared Understanding across a group of people who support the leadership and development of others across the Trust.
The focus will be on dialogue (thinking together) with the aim of building connections. These connections will be between our roles and remits, our group and the content from the various Transform Applied programmes.
There will be a core thread of coaching skill within the programme as an essential approach to developing this understanding and relationships. The intent is to build collective efficacy in those serving our schools.

The CPD Lead Network is a community of practice which focuses on exploring what contributes to the most effective adult learning, training and development.
Bringing together thinkers and leaders from a range of roles, the sessions allow us to learn from and with each other.
We unpick our practice, ask ourselves challenging questions and engage with theory and evidence to further refine how we develop expertise and capacity in our teams. As this is part of the Development Applied offer the common thread of coaching will feature as part of the network.

Coaching Applied is a three part series for any professionals keen to hone the skills required to build confidence, capacity and clarity in others.
Coaching is widely recognised as a key leadership competence and this programme will consider both facilitative and dialogical (instructional) coaching approaches. With a deliberate emphasis on skill development and practical application in a safe environment, this programme aims to develop professional confidence and bring clear focus to what can make an enormous difference to colleagues. The sessions are facilitated by highly experienced and accredited coaches who deeply understand how coaching works in theory and in practice.
NB: Cohort one is planned as an introduction for those new to coaching or as a refresher for those who trained a while ago.
Cohorts two and three are open to BOTH new AND experienced coaches as they will be ‘streamed’ into introductory and advanced options. The advanced option will include team coaching and coaching culture.
