About the event

The Transform Leadership Summit is a full day of input and inspiration; lead learners; tools and time to connect and reflect. Our third Summit will be taking our unique blend of warmth, inspiring speakers, activities and guided tools alongside the chance to connect with colleagues – new and old – to refresh and revitalise your leadership practice for the year ahead.

The Summit will complement our “Leading Teams” programme for those who enjoy regular leadership development; and also works well as a standalone day for those who value an intense development experience. Come with a colleague for an even richer experience.

Content is current, relevant, bespoke and challenging with input from business, education, and public sectors. This year we will be offering a hybrid of in person and virtual delivery offering choice to our expanding audience and in light of changing circumstances.
