Designed to be used as a self and team assessment tool, it provides examples of how the theory can be practically applied to Team Development conversations.
When used as part of Transform Applied Leadership Coaching, this booklet complements facilitated team development, with the aim of supporting teams to reflect on their current reality and to highlight and agree shared team behaviours. It can also be used independently by teams to guide their own conversation.
