About the event
Be at Our Best Teams is a two part programme which can be attended by any team across your school or organisation.
Teams might be classroom-based e.g. teachers and teaching assistants or across offices, phases or projects. A team might even be the whole school?
Based on the FED principles of Be at Our Best and Patrick Lencioni’s work on Teams, these sessions briefly recap the theory followed by opportunities for structured conversations to discuss and reflect based on each team’s individual context. All dialogue is between the team, about the team, for the team.
Supported with a work booklet, this boxset is designed to frame, model and support dialogue between colleagues who aim to be at their best together.
