Summary
CPD Lead Network created to develop expertise, capacity and confidence in staff training and development.
This network is aimed at professionals who have an interest or responsibility for developing staff at any level.
Please note that this network is open both to those who focus on developing teaching expertise as well as those who are developing other areas of their organisation. We warmly encourage those both in education and in other sectors to join this network.
Our aim is to develop a vibrant learning community where we all benefit from the knowledge and experience of a range of colleagues.
Included in this network is free entry to the Development Summit 2021. This is our first Development Summit and it is guaranteed to be an interesting, informative and inspiring experience; filled with speakers, thinking, discussion, case studies and tools which will enable us to grow as leaders of professional development and adult learning across our organisations.
