About the event
The Deputy Heads Network connects heads of school, deputies and assistant heads with the aim of scanning the current educational horizon, focusing on themes of strategic and operational leadership and building collective efficacy.
Our ultimate aim is to encourage and support the growth of this vital community. With a deliberate mix of focused input, tool sharing and time for dialogue, this programme aims to share expertise, build big relationships and invest in a highly influential group of people.
Each session culminates in a Trust-only session in which Transform colleagues connect the learning to Transform School context and priorities.
