This established network allows time and space away from school to focus on your own practice, development and impact.

Develops Head of School, Deputies and Assistant Heads to think and lead at a strategic level
Expert input, research, as well as strategies and tools

Complementary half-termly leadership coaching sessions - working in partnership/Trust groups (dates TBC).
