To develop applied leadership expertise and build leadership capacity at all levels.

Bookable by request throughout the year & open to all - please book on below.

£200 for external schools.

Free for Transform Trust Schools ONLY - contact us to find out more about membership options.

Bookable slots are offered to SLT teams from 3.30 - 4.30pm on most Wednesdays and Thursdays throughout the year. These will allow senior leaders to engage in team coaching or facilitated team conversations with Liz and/or Fiona. The content and format will be agreed directly with the Head but examples include applying learning from Transform Applied CPD sessions; exploring specific team behaviours/trust characteristics or  facilitated conversations about a feature of FED or an area of your SIP.  We can respond to your bespoke needs.

We also offer 1:1 Coaching within these slots. You might use this as part of your Talent Management strategy, to offer specific support to a colleague or in response to a priority area.

A team might opt to have short slots of 1:1 coaching over an extended twilight for the full SLT and as such book both Liz and Fiona to facilitate this.

Our offer is to build capacity in you and your team to handle operational and strategic challenges.

We have capacity for each school to book three slots. (If you book both Liz and Fiona together you would get a total of two slots.
