About the event
Leading Teams is our transformational leadership programme. Over 5 modules during the year we aim to challenge thinking; explore new ideas; develop new thought and relationship connections; enable dialogue and conversation; whilst building on and connecting to previous learning.
This year our prime focus will be developing effective team behaviours in inclusive and ethical leadership.
We will build on our core models of FED; Lencioni’s team function/dysfunction and Covey’s trust – introducing new angles and connected concepts from other thought leaders
We encourage you to attend with another senior leader to offer support and dialogue.
