About the event
This programme is all about developing a common language for thinking about leadership and influencing others in our conversations. The common language is based on the work of Steve Radcliffe in his book "Leadership Plain and Simple".
With a focus on how we can develop as leaders and make more informed choices we use the FED (Future-Engage-Deliver) model to explore our own strengths & triggers in order to be at our best more of the time. Everyone is a leader of something – regardless of job title – and leading ourselves well is at the heart of being successful and developing resilience. This programme is open to all from schools and Trust Centre. Join on your own or with
